Ms Rishika Singh

Associate Fellow

Rishika Singh is working as an Associate Fellow at the Centre for Air Power Studies (CAPS), New Delhi (India). She is engaged in research on Nuclear Energy and Security. Before joining CAPS, she worked as a legal consultant for a renewable energy venture and a visiting faculty at TERI School of Advanced Studies, New Delhi and Amity University, Noida.

She completed LL.M. in International Trade and Economic Law and B.Com LL.B. (Hons.) from Gujarat National Law University, India. She is a Certified Nuclear Security Professional (CNSP) specializing in Communicating with Civil Society from The World Institute for Nuclear Security Academy (WINS), Vienna.

In addition to this, Ms. Singh has worked on the critical relevance and need for a robust public participation & consultation framework in Nuclear Energy and was invited to present her work at the 18th STGlobal Conference at the National Academy of Science, Washington, DC.

Centre for Air Power Studies (CAPS) was established in 2001 as an autonomous defence research and analysis body for research and focused analyses on issues related to national security, defence, and aerospace issues in the evolving strategic and international security environment. Its objective is to facilitate greater understanding of these issues amongst the Armed Forces, the strategic community and the public besides contributing to policy generation and decision-making.
