Mr Anubhav S. Goswami

Research Associate

Mr Anubhav S. Goswami is a Research Associate (Nuclear Security Group) at the Centre for Air Power Studies (CAPS). He works on Sea-based Nuclear Deterrence issues at CAPS. Before joining CAPS, he worked as a Research Associate at Centre for Northeast Asian Studies (CNEAS) at Jindal School of International Affairs (JSIA). He has also worked as a Research Intern at National Maritime Foundation, New Delhi (NMF).

Anubhav has a Master’s degree in Development Studies from the Department of Humanities and Social Science, Indian Institute of Technology-Guwahati (IIT-G). He is doing his PhD from the O.P Jindal Global University on ‘the need for an “Onshore Balancing” American Grand Strategy for the defence of Taiwan’.

Centre for Air Power Studies (CAPS) was established in 2001 as an autonomous defence research and analysis body for research and focused analyses on issues related to national security, defence, and aerospace issues in the evolving strategic and international security environment. Its objective is to facilitate greater understanding of these issues amongst the Armed Forces, the strategic community and the public besides contributing to policy generation and decision-making.
